Siloe supported the Governments of Albania, Serbia, North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in promoting the labour market integration of refugees and asylum seekers through a targeted reform of the workflows of the Public Employment Services. Technical guidance to the Albanian Ministry of Finance and Economy supported selection of a suitable archetype for the forthcoming national Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) system
