Programme Design of EUR 13.7 million SDC project to promote welfare of Bangladeshi migrants. Support to SDC and Government of Bangladesh in formulating the national strategy on pre-employment orientation, pre-departure orientation and financial literacy for migrant workers and their families. Identification of good practices and lessons learned for adaptation based on extensive review of existing implementing models. Development of project document and backstopping for SDC on effective modalities of partnership with the Government of Bangladesh.
