Functional assessment of Ministry of Economy and Finance.
▪ Conducted a functional assessment of policies and institutions. Public Employment Services (PES), Vocational Education and Training (VET), Active Labour Market Policies (ALMPs) in Albania.
▪ Developed a plan of reform for Ministry of Finance and Economy to deliver on the employment portfolio, including definition of new functions of the National Agency for Employment and Skills.
