One-year training programme on labour market analysis and employment policies.
▪ Designed a learning curriculum for Afghan policy makers on labour issues (labour market analysis, evidence-based policy making, reform proposal, youth employment, labour migration, gender-sensitive policy design, skills and employability policies for fragile states);
▪ Acted as lecturer in the delivery of a one-year training programme for key officers of Afghanistan;
▪ Prepared a manual on Employment Policy for Fragile States (tailor made to Afghanistan and being adapted for other Fragile States)
