▪ Prepared project document and evaluation framework for a project on Decentralised Cooperation (City to City) of partnerships between Colombian and Emilia Romagna social programmes exchanges, migration and skills development in the care sector with the method of the Social Districts (project funded in September 2002)
▪ Conducted a mission to scope project proposal and map initial endowements of different municipalities involved.
